It’s always a lovely day for a creamer. This is what happens when you’re an independent brewery with the freedom to make whatever the hell you want. Just a creamer because we wanted to make one.
Roasty chocolate and coffee dominate, with a backing of bready malt. The hops are hidden in flavor but hit with a little punchy bitterness to move the beer towards dry and less sweet.
We also gave it that distinctive Irish stout tang with some Dubliner Irish yeast. We’re serving this one up using nitro to bring a creamy frothy magical glass of beer to life.
