We wanted to make a German ale that stays true to its roots, using the traditional yeast that gives the style its unmistakable character, paired with Alberta-grown wheat. Familiar to anyone who loves the style, but approachable enough to invite you to try something new.

Brewed with traditional German yeast, Alberta malt, and classic Tettnang and Hallertau Tradition hops. A carefully controlled step mash builds balance and body, while the expressive yeast brings the unmistakable character of a Hefeweizen.
