Dave from Fierce Beer in Scotland flew all the way to Calgary to brew this weird beer with our team. Our friends across the pond have already mastered the perfect beer for a rainy day in the Northern hemisphere, so we figured we’d brew something a little out of the ordinary. 

Together, we pondered the question “what do clouds taste like?”

So, despite autumn approaching and Dave’s Scottish roots, we’re bringing you a light lager so bright and refreshing you’ll literally feel like you’re in a south pacific cloud.

Utilizing a specialized puffed Jasmine rice, extra pale pilsner malt, and a pinch of carafoam to build a simple but very clean malt profile. We also tucked in some beautiful spicy, herbal German hops for some nuance and a crisp bite. 

Hops: Saphir and Tradition 

Malt: Weyermann Extra Pale, Jasmine Puffed Rice, Carafoam
