Collective’s journey traces back eight years when Andrew and Stacy, inspired by their citywide quests for imported bombers, envisioned a beer shop where beer enthusiasts could find them all. Their dream transformed into a plan crafted during numerous beer-fueled discussions at Annex. They would create a bright, clean beer shop that would offer hundreds of beers, each sold as singles. Today, with over 700 diverse beers, @collectivecraftbeershop proudly stocks one of Calgary’s largest beer selections and holds two Alberta Beer Awards for Retailer of the Year.

Beyond their remarkable beer collection, Collective is known for their inclusivity. After your first visit to the shop, you’ll no longer feel like a stranger. Their dedication is evident in the year-round charity tap, supporting local causes, as well as their commitment to creating a hub for connection in Calgary’s vibrant craft beer community.
