Brit Hart is back in the Taproom this month, popping her favourite bottles of wine. Next Saturday, explore the funky world of pét-nat, skin contact, ancestral and amphora wines with us. No reservations, no tickets. Drop in, learn about the wine, grab a table and share a glass or bottle with friends and family.
Brit was born in Calgary and raised by wrestlers (we’re not kidding), but after a careful self assessment at a very young age, she decided it was best to forego the family industry and pursue other passions, namely food, wine and beer. These days Brit has her hands in a number of wine pursuits within the city as well as running the personal chef business, Harling Food Co., alongside her husband, Jamie Harling.
